Refund & Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of unused products within 7 days of delivery.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, Diamond X will issue a full refund for the product price. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please allow 1–2 weeks for your return to be processed and the refund to be issued.

Discounted items are also eligible for return, provided they meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Diamond X does not issue refunds for products purchased through third-party distributors, retailers, or other sales channels.

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received. Items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund and could be subject to a restocking fee.

We cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping. Therefore, we strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service.

We are unable to process a refund without receiving the returned item(s) or valid proof of delivery confirming the return has been received.

We aim to accept all eligible returns. However, in the unlikely event that an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to return the item to the customer. All returned goods will be inspected upon receipt.
