Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Any applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@diamondx.com
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in resolving it. However, Diamond X is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Diamond X is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
